Description
This UNIQUE GROUND FLOOR FLAT is centred on a striking OPEN PLAN PRINCIPAL ROOM, where a VAULTED CEILING and an extensive ROOF LANTERN flood the space with light. A SPIRAL STAIRCASE winds up to a versatile MEZZANINE LEVEL, ideal as a study, reading nook or occasional guest space. Stepping outside, a COURTYARD lies directly beyond the principal room. Although communal, this is the only apartment in the development with direct access to it, and our client has historically enjoyed it as their own.
Behind the development, the picturesque Walls Hill rolls away across acres of coastal fields, home to Babbacombe Cricket Club, with access onto the scenic South Devon coast paths leading to Babbacombe Bay, Ansteys Cove and beyond. It is a home that offers a way of life as much as a beautiful interior. Within minutes you will find Babbacombe Theatre, Cary Park, a good choice of shops, pubs and eateries, and the stunning Babbacombe Downs, where the renowned funicular railway carries passengers down to Oddicombe Beach.

OWNERS INSIGHT
"When I first walked into the apartment at Osprey House, I knew straight away it was the right place for me. The high ceilings and large Velux windows let in so much light, and having two bedrooms plus the extra mezzanine gave me real flexibility. It works beautifully as a study or a snug, though it has also been used as a bedroom in the past. The outside space was another big highlight. Although it is not private to the apartment, it is only accessed by one other apartment, and in all my time here nobody else ever used it, so it always felt like my own. I loved living here, and in more recent years I let the apartment out so that I could move closer to family. Now it is time to pass it on to a new owner, and I hope they will love it as much as I have."
