OWNERS INSIGHT

"When we were last looking to move we were seeking a property that could accommodate ourselves, but with a self-contained area that we could use to accommodate family members. As soon as we saw Lyndhurst, or Tamarind as it was called at that time, we knew that we had found our ideal new home. Not only did it adequately accommodate ourselves, the three bedroom apartment above was ideal for our family, with two generations of family members having lived there with us. We moved here 4 years ago and the location was ideal for our family. Torquay Academy and Torre Primary schools are both well regarded and found within walking distance, as well as Torbay Hospital only being a short walk away. The lovely, enclosed south facing garden was also an attraction and something that we shall miss when we move! It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to leave, but we now feel that it is too big for us. It has adequately served its purpose for us and given us quality family time."
