Alternatively, a zero deposit option is available, subject to eligibility, provider terms and applicable charges.

Where a tenant requests an agreed variation to the tenancy, a charge of up to £50 (including VAT) may apply, or reasonable costs where these exceed £50 and can be evidenced, where permitted by law.
LATE PAYMENT OF RENT
Where rent is overdue by 14 days or more, interest may be charged at a maximum annual rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated on the outstanding amount for the period it remains unpaid, where provided for in the tenancy agreement.
LOST KEYS OR SECURITY DEVICES
Tenants may be required to pay the reasonable and evidenced costs of replacing lost keys or security devices, where permitted by the tenancy agreement.
EARLY TERMINATION
Where a tenant requests an early termination or surrender outside their statutory notice rights, any payment must comply with the Tenant Fees Act 2019 and must not exceed the landlord's actual loss or the letting agent's reasonable costs, as applicable.
