As well as paying rent you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Before the tenancy starts (payable to Agent)
Holding Deposit: up to one week’s rent
Deposit: Up to five weeks rent

Change of Sharer (Tenant(s) request) - Payment of £50.00 inclusive of VAT per replacement tenant, or any reasonable costs incurred if higher.

Variation of Contract - £50.00 inclusive of VAT per agreed variation, to cover costs associated with taking the Landlord’s instructions as well as the preparation and execution of new legal documents.

Early Termination of Contract (Tenant(s) request) - should the Tenant(s) wish to leave a contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy.
