The following are permitted payments which we may request from you:

a) The rent. If you fail to pay the rent lawfully due in full before the end of the period of 14 days from the Rent Payment Date you will pay interest at an annual percentage rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate to the amount of rent that remains unpaid for each full day the payment is outstanding.
b) A refundable tenancy deposit (reserved for any damages or defaults on the part of the tenant) capped at no more than five weeks' rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000, or six weeks' rent where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above is due prior to the tenancy commencing.
c) A refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one week's rent is payable to confirm the letting of a property. Upon payment, tenants will be asked to sign a holding deposit agreement confirming the terms on which this payment is made.
d) A fee not exceeding £50.00 will be charged for agreeing an assignment of your tenancy.
e) You will be allowed to surrender or give up your Agreement before it could otherwise lawfully be ended provided that you satisfy any reasonable conditions that may include paying the Landlord's reasonable costs and losses associated with re-letting the Property.
f) Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax
g) You will pay all reasonable costs incurred by the Landlord or Agent in respect of keys lost or other security devices giving access to the Property that are lost during the Term.
h) Company Let administration fee - £240.00 inc VAT
