As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments. Permitted payments For properties in England, the Tenant Fees Act 2019 means that in addition to rent, lettings agents can only charge tenants (or anyone acting on the tenant's behalf) the following permitted payments:

Holding deposits: Maximum one weeks rental
Deposits: Maximum deposit of 5 weeks' rent for annual rent below £50,000, or 6 weeks' rent for annual rental of £50,000 and above
Variation of contract: £50.00 inclusive of VAT
Change of Sharer: £50.00 inclusive of VAT per tenant, If referencing is required for the new tenant an amount of £24 inclusive of VAT per tenant is payable.
Early Termination: If the Tenant vacates the Property during the Term, the Tenant will remain liable to pay Rent until the Term expires; or the Property is re-let whichever is earlier. The tenant will be liable for all cost incurred to the Landlord.
Interest payments for the late payment of rent: The Tenant shall pay interest at the rate of 3% per annum above the Bank of England's base rate on any rent lawfully due that is paid more than 14 days after the date on which it became due. The interest shall be payable from the date the rent should have been paid until the date the rent is actually paid.
Reasonable costs for replacement of lost keys or other security devices: Tenants are liable for the actual cost of lost keys or security devices , If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant.

The Initial Money will be confirmed and must be paid by bank transfer. We do not have the facilities to accept cash.
