Permitted payments

Before the tenants starts (payable to Blue i Properties 'the Agent')

Professional tenants - Deposit is equivalent to 5 week's rent

Student tenants - Deposit is equivalent to one months rent

During the tenancy (payable to 'the Agent')

Payment of £50 if you want to make any changes to the tenancy agreement

Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3%

Payment of a maximum of £50 or greater if there are landlord / Agent has receipt's for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys

Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy

Other permitted payments

Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages & breaches to the assured shorthold tenancy agreement
