We want reviews to be helpful, fair and trustworthy for everyone. These guidelines are here to make sure your feedback can be published and is useful to other renters.

Before your review is published

Every review is checked before it goes live.

• We review submissions to make sure they meet our guidelines
• If anything needs changing, we’ll contact you and give you the chance to update your review
• If changes aren’t made, your review won’t be published

This helps ensure reviews are clear, respectful and genuinely useful to others.

Guidelines

Your review should reflect your own experience of living at the development.

• Share specific details about what it’s like to live there
• Try to include both positives and any areas for improvement
• Make sure your review is clear and easy to understand

To help keep reviews useful, we ask for a minimum level of detail rather than very short comments.

2. Keep it respectful

We want reviews to feel safe and fair for everyone. Please don’t include:

• Offensive or abusive language
• Personal attacks or insults
• Threatening or discriminatory comments
• Anything illegal or inappropriate

If a review includes this type of content, it won’t be published.

3. Ensure your review reflects your own, genuine experience

Your review should be your own words and your own opinion.

• Don’t copy from other reviews or websites
• Don’t include marketing or promotional content
• Don’t advertise businesses or services

Reviews that aren’t original may be removed.

4. Respect people’s privacy

Please avoid sharing personal or sensitive information. This includes:

• Contact details (yours or anyone else’s)
• Access codes, passwords or security information
• Financial or private details

We take privacy seriously and will remove reviews that include this type of information.

A few important things to know

• Reviews reflect individual opinions and experiences
• We don’t edit reviews, but we may ask you to make changes if needed
• We may remove reviews or responses if they don’t meet these guidelines
• Your personal details are used for verification only and won’t be shared publicly
