How do I leave a review?

Leaving a review is quick and easy and helps other renters when they’re looking for their next property.

Step 1: Go to the review form

Start by heading to our review form.

Step 2: Tell us about your experience

You’ll be asked to:

• Rate your development across a few key areas (such as management, location and facilities)
• Share your experience of living there in your own words

We encourage honest, balanced feedback whether your experience has been positive or there are areas you think could be improved.

Step 3: Add your details for verification

To make sure reviews are genuine and trustworthy, we’ll ask for a few details (such as your name and address).

• These details are only used for verification
• You can choose how your name appears publicly (e.g. initials or a nickname)

Step 4: Submit your review

Once you’re happy, submit your review for moderation.

What happens next?

• Your review will be checked to ensure it meets our guidelines and can be verified
• Most reviews are published within a few days (this can take a little longer during busy periods)
• If we need anything from you (e.g. to help verify your review), we’ll be in touch
