    Steve Wiggins, ANAEA, Director
    Steve was born and lived in Essex for most of his life. His Estate Agency career started at the age of 16 and he built a career working for some of the UK's leading estate agencies and was responsible for running multi branch operations in Essex, Kent, Suffolk and Norfolk. In 2010 he teamed up with Graham again to start Bond Residential. Steve is extremely focused on providing customers with all of the support, advice and guidance they need when moving home. He lives in Lexden with his wife Alison, their two children and two french bulldogs. He is an Ipswich Town season ticket holder and also still enjoys his childhood hobbies of keeping tropical fish as well as having a stunning collection of Japanese Koi carp.

    Nick Thompson, MNAEA, Assistant Branch Manager
    Nick has worked in the industry for approaching 20 years, he has worked at various locations across North Essex and lives locally with his wife and two sons. After being asked by a friend to join his Estate Agency at the turn of the century, his career has gone from strength to strength and following an intensive period of studying he qualified in 2009 in the Sale of Residential Property Level 3 - National Federation of Property Professionals. Nick prides himself on providing clients with a professional and personal service and was an integral part of the opening and launch of our newest branch in Danbury.

    Gary Moss, Senior Sales Consultant
    Gary has lived in Essex all of his life and has over 20 years in Sales and Customer Service. He has worked in the property industry since 2015 and joined the team in 2020. He has worked in many locations in Essex including Hornchurch, Gidea Park, Shenfield and Langdon Hills. Having worked in these locations Gary has a unique insight and knowledge which allows him to greatly assist buyers looking to move out of London into the local area. Gary prides himself on delivering a high level of customer service and always strives to ensure his clients moving experience is as stress free as possible. He keeps tropical fish and likes to keep up to date with the latest advances in technology.

    Alison joined her husband, Steve and the rest of the team at Danbury in June 2020 and is responsible for administrative procedures and customer care within the branch. Alison is ARLA qualified and has 30 years experience in the Property Industry. Working primarily in Lettings and Property Management, she has been responsible for portfolio, account and staff management. Alison enjoys walking two crazy French Bulldogs.
