      My wife and I had viewed a handful of homes in Ashtead before chancing upon a Cairds For Sale sign outside a property that caught our eye. It was 2PM on a Saturday. We called the office. Explained we had come down from Norfolk and asked if they had time to show us the house that afternoon. An hour later we were greeted by Gavin the branch manager. Our first impression was that both the lady who took the appointment and Gavin were switched on. By Monday afternoon we had agreed a price! Gavin was efficient and timely at getting both sides to agree a price and kept the ball moving through to completion. When we called or emailed they would get right back to us. When there was a delay in the conveyancing process, Gavin would chase it down. In the end we felt as though the house picked us, but if we ever do sell we will definitely pick Cairds. Top class job all round.
