We will obtain as much information as possible in the circumstances of your buyer liaising with all parties involved in the transaction including other estate agents, solicitors and mortgage brokers.

    Instructing Solicitors
    Once the sale has been agreed and solicitors are instructed, we will regularly liaise with all parties on a weekly basis providing you with up to date feedback on how the sale is progressing.
