After an aborted attempt to move a year earlier using a different agent, we decided to use a local agent and we're so glad we chose David Cliff. Brian was a pleasure to work with and completely understood the type of buyer that would love our house. It sold very quickly and we are happily settled in our new home. We would definitely recommend David Cliff, particularly Brian and Craig.

Brian found us a buyer within 2 days of the house going on the market and at full asking price. He was efficient and supportive through the whole process, not only to us, but also to our buyers. Craig was helpful supportive and always professional throughout the protracted selling and purchasing process. Despite several unfortunate prospective property surveys Craig coordinated my sale and kept my buyer on side throughout. Joss was also supportive and very organised and a pleasure to deal with and last but not least Brian was brilliant at suggesting ideas for improving property. From my initial meeting with David Cliff, when he convinced me that his company was the one that would achieve the best outcome for me, though to the confirmation call from Joss to say that completion had happened, every aspect of my dealings with the company showed them to be a professional group of people who are not only good at their various roles within the organisation, but are also skilled at dealing with customers in an efficient, polite, understanding and friendly way. During his visit the property to take photographs and gather details to prepare the sales literature. Oliver was helpful & informative with a friendly demeanour, which put me very much at ease. When my spirits began to sag following the umpteenth viewing with still no offers being made, David Hatch managed to put an optimistic slant on things which kept me going, until he was able to finally make the phone call to say that the buyers would meet my price. It is over 25 years since I last used an estate agent to sell a house, so I am far from being an expert, but it is hard to imagine anybody else could over a better overall experience which combined professionalism, efficiency and humour in perfectly balanced proportions.

I personally couldn't recommend this company enough. I have never had an estate agent so proactive, I love the fact they have a dedicated sales progressor that not only provides us with regular updates from the solicitors on the sale of our house, but also on the purchase of our new one, even though it's not being bought through them! I had lived in my house for 30 years so my experience of selling and buying was somewhat out of date and I did need a fair bit of hand holding and guidance. I got a few quotes from estate agents, some cheaper, but I felt really comfortable with David Cliff, their professionalism, their approach and their enthusiasm for marketing my property.
