My husband and I had various Estate Agents around to value our house at the very beginning of the process and from the very first meeting with Mark, we knew E-volve were who we wanted to work with. As Mark and Steve work 7 days a week until 8pm, it meant that they were available for viewings when it is convenient for most people, i.e. evenings and weekends, and are incredibly competitively priced (we found E-volve to be significantly cheaper than any other quote that we had). Because of this, along with their professional and friendly service, they sold our house within 3 days, over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend when all of the other Estate Agents were shut! We were also very grateful for all of their help in the period post the sale of the house, liaising with all of the other parties involved when we needed them too, which was invaluable to us as it was the first time we had sold a house.
