It was the end of a long journey of house viewings over many counties in the west of England. The team at the Ross-on-Wye branch were exemplary. From our initial viewing with Ceri to being met at the property by Patrick on the day we moved in, all of our interactions were very friendly and professional. Ceri was really good fun; we really enjoyed that first viewing. Patrick went above and beyond on our moving-in day by waiting at the property late into the evening to welcome us to our new home after a long drive across country from our previous home. As buyers, we couldn't ask for more. I think the seller should be happy too. The advertising materials for the house were very high end. F&C really do show off their properties to their best.
