Following a very stressful and ever changing relocation from overseas we have nothing but high praise for Harris & Birt.From the first phonecall we were fully informed and kept up to date, their customer service was exceptional, all agents we had dealings with were informative and clearly had great communication internally which made the process smoother.Special mention must be made to Martine, we had a 12 hour drive with huge delays which meant we wouldn't arrive at our new residence until beyond office hours 8pm to be exact, we were fearful of not having anywhere to stay that evening, however Martine kindly came out with the Keys, put on lighting and heating at the house for our arrival, not something most agents would do after hours I'm sure which was such a wonderful gesture showing the personable care and attention given to tenants.We highly recommend!
