What can I say. Heritage were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything from the valuation, photos, right through to exchange of contracts, I can not fault them. Have used Heritage to sell 2 houses for me now, one in 2014 and one in 2020. From start to finish they have been excellent. Charlotte gives honest, realistic advice - not over selling or over valuing just to get the business like some estate agents do. Paul was so friendly and sympathetic to my reasons for selling, and obviously knew the market - he didn't inflate the value of the house to get custom and clearly explained the his reasons behind his valuation. They kept our buyers informed and on track despite it taking six months for us to find a property.
