    The importance of great photography when marketing a property should never be underestimated. You have seconds to get someone's attention and a great first image can do just that.

    With the majority of buyers flicking through properties online, your home needs to stand out and the best way it can do that is with great photos.

    Our team of fully ALRA regulated lettings agents, register more than 6,000 prospective tenants each year, administer over 2,500 tenancies on behalf of private individuals and corporate landlords, and let about 650 properties a year. 

    Our residential lettings service levels include:

    Full Managed Service - Our Landlords are in safe hands will this full service package. It covers every aspect of letting a property; rental valuations and reviews, property advertising and marketing, tenant vetting, tenant referrals, tenancy agreements, deposit handling, rent collection, property maintenance and management of work, full inventory checks.

    Letting Only Service - If you are happy to manage your property and your tenant, we can value and market your let, conduct the tenant vetting, tenant referrals, tenancy agreements, and deposit handling. Then you manage everything from there on.

    Letting Only with Rent Collection Service - This is the same as our Let Only Service, with the addition of us collecting the tenants rent on a monthly basis on your behalf.

    I have been working in the property market in Northamptonshire since 1991, mostly in residential sales. 
    During this time I have helped 1000's of people to move on to the next stage in their lives. 

    I believe that the "secret" to success in the property industry is for agents to first fully understand what each client wants to achieve and then create a sales strategy and service which delivers this.

    I currently live in a village with my wife and family. My passion is any water based activity (in, on or under!). I am also a supporter of Northampton Saints and so when not at work, or on the water you will find me at Franklins Gardens.

    Residential Sales Negotiator-

    Clair has worked in estate agency for more than 13 years after joining Howkins and Harrison part time in 2006. She provides valuations for properties in Daventry and the surrounding areas, and handles viewings and negotiations. 

    After living in the local area for some time, I believe I have strong regional knowledge and have gained experience with a wide range of properties from first time buyers to valueing large country village homes. Once my children were old enough, I decided to join the company full time as I enjoyed my role at the Daventry office so much.

    As a family we have recently moved house and have enjoyed putting our own stamp on it. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, my daily long walks with Buster my dog ( when he feels like joining me ) and keeping fit.

    I have been working in estate agency since 2006 and I live locally. I joined Howkins and Harrison Daventry office in 2014 and enjoy my job tremendously, my job comprises of a spectrum of multi skilling and administration duties supporting the residential sales team, as well as working along side our other 6 offices offering support when needed.

    I fancied doing some "late in the years" studies a few years ago while I continued working, so I did a NVQ level 3 in Business Administration. I enjoy walks with my fur baby- Riley, I also have a passion for The arts, fashion, cooking and interior design.

    Residential Sales Department Manager and Partner-

    Martin started his career in estate agency in 1986, in the days of applicant boxes, cameras with 35mm film, measuring sticks and no internet.

    Times have certainly changed, but the attention to detail and customer service focus has remained the same. Martin oversees the Residential Sales team, encouraging his staff to welcome new technology whilst embracing traditional values. Martin lives locally and lives for sport.
