We recently sold our house through Julian Mark's in Plympton. Wesley and his team were fantastic from start to finish. In particular Wesley, as we dealt with him the most. Buying and selling a house can be a stressful experience but Wesley made things easier with his professional, calm nature and honest approach, a little humour added in the mix made the perfect combination of ingredients for a seamless journey & he was always there when we needed a question to be answered. We would absolutely recommend them to everyone. Thanks for everything.

When my father-in-law passed away we needed to sell his house. We spoke to other local estate agents as well as Tara from Julian Marks.Julian Marks had a different approach to the others and not having been in this position before we were torn as to which way to go.Fortunately we chose Tara & Julian Marks, we felt much more comfortable with both her and their approach. Best decision we could have made!The house sold very quickly, far exceeding our expectations on value, and when that buyer dropped out after a week or so they resold the home on the same day to the next person on the list that had made an offer.We had to deal with a law firm for probate, a conveyancer (never use DC Law!) & an estate agent.Tara was by miles the most efficient person in that group.I would heartily recommend Julian Marks & thanks Tara.

Julian Marks of Plympton provided an excellent service to us when we had my late parents' home to sell. From initial contact to completion of the sale, Wesley and his team provided a friendly and comprehensive service. Reasonable commission rates were attractive, but the distinction came from the way that the team get to know their clients- both vendors and buyers. This gives a personalised and efficient service with high expectations met.

His no nonsense, straightforward honest approach was a breath of fresh air in an industry with a tarnished reputation. Even prior to any decision to use Julian Marks he was available on the phone and paid a visit just for a chat. having decided to then use his services, his professionalism, knowledge and integrity made the whole process a pleasurable experience. There are no gimmicks, no special 'deals', just an assurance they will do what they say, when they say it.I was equally impressed with the viewing they conducted. There was no Estate Agent BS, just open and honest conversations with prospective buyers.The house sold very quickly, and through a protracted conveyancing Wesley was instrumental in keeping the chain informed and calmed any jitters.Having now moved, i never hope to use his services again, but that is in a good way. Julian Marks in The Ridgeway Plympton have recently sold my Mum's house for me.
