L'OLIVETA IMMOBILIARE, Lucca

We are Chiara Carrara and Rossana Satta, licensed real estate agents.

We live and work in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany , the Lucca area .

Privileged by its strategic location , proximity to cities such as Florence and Pisa, cultural richness and variety of landscapes , Lucca and its territory are destined to see an exponential growth in the attention of foreign buyers, particularly interested in investment opportunities in the luxury real estate, high-end agri-food and hospitality sectors.

The lifestyle, the strategic location , and the variety of real estate offerings perfectly meet the demands of a high-profile clientele.

From the green tranquility of the Apennine forests and the austere landscape of the Apuan Alps to the carefree, laid-back lifestyle of Versilia, the outdoors is within reach. From Lucca's Renaissance walls, which embrace a historic center brimming with art, culture, and internationally renowned events (Lucca Summer Festival, Lucca Comics & Games, Lucca Film Festival, Photolux Festival, Lucca Biennale Cartasia, and much more) to the authentic agricultural landscape of the hills, dotted with villages, farmhouses, and farms specializing in olive oil and wine production, our region offers a quality of life in harmony with nature and the convenience of easily accessible strategic infrastructure.

Our focus is on those properties ( typical village houses, farmhouses, historic homes, etc. ) that preserve an unmistakable soul and express a unique lifestyle, testimonies of a Tuscany less exposed to mass tourism and more authentic.

If you own a stone village house, a farmhouse, or a historic residence in Lucca and its province, you know you own a unique asset. Your property is more than just a house; it's a piece of Tuscany that embodies an unmistakable culture and soul.

Deeply in love with and knowledgeable about our region, we guarantee the right expertise and a professional approach to effectively guide you through the buying and selling process.
