    Andrew Stevenson - Director
    Andy is accustomed to working in a fast-paced, demanding and varied lettings environment. Graduating in 2013, Andy quickly became involved in the Student Lettings Market and within 2 years became the Manager of a small student lettings company in the South West. The jump over the bridge to Devon has allowed Andy to continue progressing his career in Lettings and he can now safely call the South Hams 'Home'. He joined the Luscombe Maye Lettings Team in 2017 and is now a Director for the firm.

    Alex Craven - Lettings Manager 
    Alex joined the lettings team in January 2024, bringing with him a real passion for the industry having worked in residential lettings for the last 12 years. Prior to that, Alex started off his estate agency career with a couple of years in residential sales. Outside of work, Alex enjoys his spare time exploring new places with his partner and young daughters, as well as following his football team, Plymouth Argyle at home and away as much as possible.

    Ellie Whitehall - Senior Lettings Negotiator
    Ellie joined the lettings team in July 2024 and has two prior years of experience having worked for a corporate letting agent in Plymouth. Ellie's passion for the industry propelled from completing her law degree back in 2020 and can enjoy using her training to support landlords and tenants in a very busy market. Prior to lettings, Ellie has 8 years of experience in various roles (legal and retail) so is comfortable with fast paced environments and prides herself on her personable and supportive approach. Interests: Outside of work Ellie and her fiancé are kept busy with their two young boys who love exploring Devon and Cornwall.

    Jenny Mullins - Property Coordinator
    Jenny joined the lettings team in November 2023, bringing 10 years' property management experience gained in a varied role managing privately owned apartment blocks, in and around Plymouth.Prior to that, Jenny enjoyed a 30 year career in banking, first in branch and Head Office roles in London and the South East before relocating to Devon in 2005 to a Commercial Sales Manager role. Through interactions with business owners across Devon and Cornwall, Jenny gained a crash course in the unique challenges and opportunities presented by this beautiful region.When not working, Jenny enjoys country and coastal walks, spending time with her two grown up daughters and baby grandson, gardening and DIY at home and attending as many live music concerts as possible.
