Grace, Steve and all the team at the Clevedon office provide a fantastic service. They helped us with a problematic sale and steered us to the right buyer. Any other estate agent would have likely run a mile, but they rose to the challenge and worked tirelessly to see the sale through to the benefit of both ourselves and our buyer. Friendly and efficient - if you are letting, buying or selling your property in the area I highly recommend them.

Thank you very much to Steve and Grace who worked with us to sell my Mothers house. The information, support and service we received from them was professional, thoughtful and took into consideration the feelings of my 91 year old Mum . From start to finish I felt confident that their advice and knowledge would was see us through to a successful completion and it did.

We learnt the hard way the value of an excellent estate agent like Claire and her team at Mayfair. We were approached by someone who offered us a private sale. It was tempting to save the money that you have to pay to an estate agent so we went ahead. The whole thing was a disaster from start to finish. Suffice to say that after several months the sale fell through not least because the buyer had misrepresented their position to us but also because there was nobody to manage the sale and drive it through. Having learnt that lesson when we put the property back on the market we decided that we would sell it via an estate agency. We could not have chosen a better agent than Claire. She was excellent at building relationships and handling both sides of the chain (at times having difficult conversations with prospective buyers) She was tenacious in chasing things up and making sure that our sale was progressing at all times and always responsive to any questions or queries that we had. I would recommend Claire and her team at Mayfair unreservedly.

Rarely am I in genuine awe of someone's professionalism, commitment, and dedication overseeing a tough sale whilst managing a client's expectations which at times were no doubt irritating. I work in Sales and I would be lying if a WhatsApp or e-mail sent late on an afternoon or a Friday didn't stay unopened till the following Monday but that was never the case, not once with Claire, I would have noticed. The time and effort that Claire put into this far exceeded what I would ever expect from a modestly valued property with a very low return for Mayfair but anyone would have thought it was a million-pound house. I would like to thank all the staff including you Joanna for your help in this sale. But I would like to say a personal thank you to Claire Bibb, you're a legend and I will be in your debt for a long time. It is easy to say, 'It's her job' but in my opinion, you went above and beyond your job description. So thank you and I wish you all the best for the future...

I would highly recommend Mayfair Town & Country. Their Sales Manager Claire Bibb marketed our property and provided excellent communication, feedback and service from start to finish. Being landlords over the years we have used a few different Estate Agents and not come across one as efficient as Mayfair.

Claire and the team at Mayfair have been awesome from viewing to completion. Joanne was informative, polite from the first and subsequent viewings and always happy to show us round which a smile.
