    *  Do we have to pay extra for accompanied viewings?

    No.  Our fee is inclusive and all our services that are included will be set out  in our terms of contract letter sent to you prior to marketing so you can be clear of your costs.  We are more than happy to accompany potential purchasers over your property and will be agreed in advance and accompanied by an experienced member of our sales team.  We are always available outside office hours for appointments if required.

Our partners at Ignite Financial Services Ltd can provide you with suitable advice and will assist in making the home buying process as easy and stress free as is possible.

    We can arrange appointments with Ignite at their office in Epsom or alternatively at your home, your place of work or at one of our four offices. Ignite advisors are available 7 days a week until 9pm for your convenience.

    Having worked for over 22 years for Patrick Gardner in Ashtead, Douglas works tirelessly for his clients ensuring with his dedicated team that Patrick Gardner are the 'go to' estate agent within the village with a considerable amount of repeat business. His commitment and dedication was recognised by the company and in 2013 he became a full Partner of Patrick Gardner. When he is not working for the benefit of his clients, his outside interests include walking his two rescue greyhounds with his wife Cathy over the Surrey Hills and listening to Miles Davis and other Jazz artists.

    Michelle McCurry - Associate
    Michelle started out in estate agency in 2003 working for a Surrey conveyancing solicitor who was linked to his own independent estate agency. In 2005 Michelle moved on to a corporate agent selling homes across the beautiful rural county of Herefordshire. Having taken some time out of estate agency to raise a young family she returned to Surrey and joined Patrick Gardner in 2015. Having joined the Ashtead team in 2016, Michelle has now assumed the role of Associate in 2021 and helps successfully run the Ashtead Office

    Sarah joined the Ashtead team in 2009 and has subsequently gained her professional qualification with The National Association of Estate Agents.  Having lived in Fetcham all her life, she has a comprehensive knowledge of the local area which is invaluable for both buyers and sellers alike.  She is always keen to support the local community and has participated in numerous sporting events for charity.  Sarah and her Partner, Liam, bought their first house 2 years ago and have enjoyed the task of upgrading the property and garden.  They have recently adopted a rescue dog and spend evenings and weekends out together either walking or running in the local countryside.
