"I was very impressed with their sales skills - by the time the details were prepared they had a list of viewers (at least 1 every day for the week and a half my house was on the market). They took a lot of trouble with the viewings e.g. advice on staging the house, the actual viewings weren't rushed (my buyers were there for nearly an hour), prompt and honest feedback.When I was under-offer, they regularly chased the other agents and solicitors.
