    Bradley Potter - Director 
    Bradley has many years of experience within the property industry. He was hugely successful working for a National Chain where he trained and grew within the industry, progressing to Manager of multiple Estate Agency Branches. He excelled in this role, growing business in these branches whilst also training and mentoring staff members. His passion for the property market is abundantly clear, illustrated by his ability to listen and understand his clients' property goals and match them with their property expectations.

    Whilst he was grateful for the opportunity and training a corporate company offered, he had a dream of creating his own business, focusing 100 percent on the client. For him, the customer has always been the most important priority, and he wanted to share their journey from beginning to end giving transparency to both landlords and tenants, and vendors and buyers throughout the process.

    Fair pricing, best customer service and building trust are his key priorities. This will now be possible as he runs an independent family business with no shareholders to answer to or please.

    Francis Street - Director 
    Born in the same year as Boris Johnson when the first £10 Bank Note was produced since the Second World War, Winston Churchill retired from the House of Commons, and the last hangings occurred in the UK Francis Street brings wisdom gained for more than half a century to Potter's Estate Agency.  

    With 35 years' experience working for High Street Banks and Building Societies that led to him setting up his own successful Wealth Management Company two decades ago in Francis brings a wealth of experience in the Financial Services and Property. In my experience most people know what they want but they don't necessarily know how best to achieve it because they don't "live and breathe estate agency" for sixty hours a week. 

    Very few people have the exposure, experience, industry knowledge and contacts at those working in it. My role is to help people realise their aims by sharing this knowledge. If you combine the skills we have with access to platforms such as Rightmove that puts detailed property information on everyone's mobile phone, then, add in good customer service, honesty and integrity it leads to success. It's personal contact that makes the difference. 

    With money things are always changing, twenty years ago it was about 3 or 4 x salary and high interest rates, ten years ago it was about buy to let and tax relief, now it's about changes in stamp duty, deposits, "affordably tests" and confidence. As for the future, I can foresee Inheritance Tax which applies on death changing into a Wealth Tax that applies on lifetime assets. It's a tax that is slowly progressing across Europe. This is why you need the very best Estate Agent.
