    Mark Ross, Director
    Having been valuing properties in the local area for 8 years before co-founding Redbrik, there's not much Mark doesn't know about selling houses. With a degree in Public Relations, Mark is responsible for Redbrik's unique marketing style. His straight talking approach typifies the company ethos, whilst his professional, friendly attitude and thorough knowledge of the area generates great feedback from buyers and sellers alike. 

    Interests: A keen sportsman, Mark plays pretty much any sport going. He's always up for a challenge, especially if it involves raising money, having run the London Marathon and thrown himself out of a plane at 13,000ft all in the name of charity.

    Peter Lee, Director
    With almost 20 years experience in the property industry before joining Redbrik in 2015, Peter knows a thing or two about buying, selling and renting properties. Post graduation with a degree in accountancy, Peter realised that wasn't his chosen path and turned to his Saturday job at Blundells to forge a career. He worked his way up to partner and then became a respected Area Director for Countrywide. He's energetic, outgoing, approachable and above all very friendly with a strong commitment to customer service.

    Interests: Peter has played many sports from an early age including football, squash, tennis and golf and can't resist a challenge if you offer him one, but remember he likes to win! He also loves good food and wine, holidays abroad, preferably somewhere warm, though he would like to be a better skier if he had the time!

    Julie Bulheller, Director
    With almost 20 years of estate agency experience under her belt and extensive knowledge of the local market, Julie co-founded Redbrik in 2013. She is a top class negotiator with a talent for handing even the most complex sales with her signature down to earth style. She's always super organised with a gift for recruiting and developing new talent. 

    Interests: Outside of work she's partial to a glass of red wine, often (but not always!) accompanied by some Italian food. She loves to travel, ideally to somewhere hot and relaxing.

    Tracey Gurney, Area Manager
    Tracey has worked in the local estate agency sector for more than 13 years and bring lots of negotiating experience to Redbrik. She is a qualified domestic energy assessor, which adds an extra string to her bow. She delivers outstanding customer experience and enjoys meeting the vendors and making their property journey as smooth as possible.

    Tracey spends her spare time with her husband Matt travelling the world together. She enjoys winter ski holidays as well as scuba diving in exotic locations like the Maldives. Tracey is a Leicester Tigers season ticket holder and loves a glass of prosecco!

    Tom has a genuine passion for property and has gained over 15 years of experience in the property industry.     Jessica has worked in estate agency in the local area since 2016. Previously a sales manager in both our Crystal Peaks branch and Land & New Homes department, Jess has recently been promoted to Property Consultant for Crystal Peaks. Jess loves helping buyers find their dream home and tries to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

    Outside of work Jessica is busy planning her wedding to her fiancé Tom and loves skiing & city breaks. At the weekends she loves to bake and go on long walks with her dog Beau.

    With over 10 years' experience covering all aspects of estate agency, it's no wonder that Gemma has won past company awards - including Negotiator of the Year and Outstanding Customer Service. Gemma has sold some of the region's most expensive properties and her clients have included an array of local celebrities. Gemma is also no stranger to a spot of TV work, having previously starred on Homes Under the Hammer and Wanted Down Under.

    Gemma can usually be found running around after her two small children or renovating her new home. Her other interests include shopping, lunching and drinking - preferably all at the same time! She also loves to travel and particularly loves holidaying in the Middle East.

    June is very much a family person, having been married 32 years. She has two grown-up children and three adorable grandchildren, who she loves spending time with. June also loves walking, dining out and the odd glass of fizz - especially while on a cruise!

    Emily has a real heart of gold and loves helping people find their perfect home. She came into estate agency in 2010 and her customer focus and desire to do things in the right way typify the Redbrik ethos. With a fantastic knowledge of both Sheffield and Chesterfield, she makes up the younger generation of Redbrik's glamorous mother and daughter combo with mum Liz.

    While currently planning her wedding and decorating her first home, she still finds time to hone her baking skills, much to the delight of the office who enjoy her fabulous chocolate cakes.

    Emma loves helping people and building strong relationships. She's using all her past experience as a marketing assistant to help our buyers find the homes of their dreams.     Emma's 18-month-old daughter keeps her busy outside of work and they frequently attend toddler groups together. Emma also enjoys socialising with friends and family, taking her dog on long walks in the country, travelling abroad and keeping fit at the gym.

    Taking photos is what Martin loves. He has an artistic flair for photographing homes and finding innovative angles to really make your property stand out from the crowd. Using his years of experience in sales and marketing for some of Yorkshire's leading arts venues, sports teams and telecoms businesses, Martin is responsible for our social media activities. His rich career has also seen him spend five years in the music industry, where he worked on behalf of numerous artists including David Bowie and Gary Barlow.

    Interests: Martin has a real passion for architecture, enjoys most sport, but especially playing and watching football, cricket and golf. He's always up for the latest gadget, taking in a music gig and still finds plenty of time for his two kids.

    One of our first employees, Andy is our super-creative photographer responsible for making our properties really look their best. With over 14 years experience of working in photography, Andy also has a background within design and marketing which allows him to bring his wealth of expertise when both designing the floor plans and getting the right shots of your property. 

    Interests : When Andy's not 'trying to keep fit' he's often found counter balancing the effect by socialising or pursuing one of his other interests film, art (painting bad examples) going to see live music and star gazing.

    Lindsey Holdsworth, Property Representative
    Lindsey began her career in medical sales, specialising in cardiology and covering London and the south of England. After living in London for almost ten years, she moved back to Sheffield in 2007 where she took some time off to look after her children. Lindsey bought and redeveloped her own home, gaining valuable insight into the challenges of a large project. Since joining Redbrik, Lindsey has found that she loves doing viewings - her chatty nature means she has excellent customer service and she thrives on helping people find their perfect property.

    She loves spending time trying to get fit with her friends at the gym, though she does prefer spending her time drinking prosecco and having a giggle. When she can, she likes to travel and eat a lot of sushi!

    Rebecca started her career in national sales and marketing. A qualified Home Economist, many of her roles have been in the food industry. She now combines working part-time for Redbrik with teaching cookery - a real "foodie " with a passion for teaching people about good food and nutrition.

    Since joining Rebrik, Rebecca has found that she loves doing property viewings - her approachable nature means she has excellent customer service and thrives on helping people find the perfect property.

      What can I say about Redbrik

      They practice true professionalism from first contact through every stage, photography and marketing are second to none, I even wanted to buy my own house! We were previously with another agent for a year and completely wasted our time!!! Not one viewing and no contact from the company whatsoever!!

      The valuation visit was very friendly and professional, with some good advice around what to do to make the most of the property and make it more saleable.
