Before moving to Devon (supposedly to retire), he ran his own highly successful group of estate agency offices in East Sussex and Kent, which he sold in 2005. Having tried retirement for a year (and found it lacking), Simon joined Stags and for the past 13 years has been managing the Barnstaple office, where his outstanding knowledge has directly contributed to the success of this North Devon office.
