It's clear to see why this company has won so many awards. Richard's professionalism and knowledge of the housing market was apparent at our first meeting. Due to the current situation with rising interest rates his expertise was welcomed. We had regular updates both by phone and WhatsApp. All the staff were great as they conducted nearly 40 viewings between them. We must make a special mention of Hannah who dealt with all the conveyancing. She is an asset to the business, her knowledge and hard work really shone through. We couldn't recommend VS enough, we used them for the sale of our property in a market which was slowing down and they did an amazing job for the whole process. They got the house on the market incredibly quickly with really good photos and then the house sold in less than a week. Richard was brilliant with managing the offers we received and got us exactly (if not more) than what we wanted to achieve price wise. We then had Hannah who was managing the process post sale and what a lovely and patient lady! Even when we were getting frustrated with the chain Hannah remained calm and level headed and always had a sensible thought process and advice for us! Vital Space was hands down the best estate agents i'd dealt with in my year long search for a new home. It started with Aaron who was incredibly helpful over the phone, talking me through his recommendations for the New Islington area and his thoughts on flat 112. Then Robert was super genuine and transparent during me visits; he was open and I trusted everything he said. They created a groupchat as soon as the offer was accept which also put my mind at ease a lot. Hannah was excellent and patient when dealing with my silly questions and was always prompt with requests. Same with Rich, who talked me through a lot of the nuances around issues which came up - this helped the decision making process a lot easier and even saved the deal collapsing. This wouldn't have happened if it didn't trust him, but I did throughout. Olivia was also a superstar behind the scenes. I will undoubtedly have a couple more silly questions further down the line but know that the people at Vital Space will be there to support.

i am writing to express my gratitude at the brilliant service myself and my family received when seeking to rent a property with VitalSpace. Having moved 5 times in the last 3 years we have encountered many estate agencies and our experiences have always been largely negative, so we were surprised and delighted at how easy the whole experience was made for us by the team at the Urmston office.Firstly we were able to arrange a viewing on the same day as enquiring and once we viewed the property, Jack who did a great job of showing us around already had the paperwork ready to give to us. this was easy to fill in and coupled with an admin fee paid over the phone was enough to secure the property for us. The referencing process was the quickest and easiest we have come across and once completed we were again able to pay the deposit over the phone as we do not drive. the final stage was meeting Sam at the property to sign the contract and receive the keys. this made so much sense as previously we have had to send contracts back and forth before getting anywhere near the property. sam was very helpful in talking is through the inventory and contract and had already photographed any damage and meter readings before we even arrived. we were also so grateful that he contacted the utility companies for us as well as putting insurance related questions to our landlord as this saved us so much extra work at an already stressful time. Everyone we spoke to at the office was incredibly friendly and helpful and made the process so easy for us so we'd like to express our sincere thanks again for making moving as pleasant an experience as is possible! we will definitely use you again if needed and will recommend you to friends.
