Our story so far...Before Williams Estates was created, Jason Williams worked for twelve years for two different estate agents managing offices, qualifying in agency and becoming a Past President of North Wales, South Cheshire and Merseyside branch of the National Association of Estate Agents. With a wealth of knowledge & a big vision in mind, Jason leaves his employment and sells his home in order to fund the set up of his own estate agency office. -

Christopher Wood MNAEAChris has been with Williams Estates for many years and enjoys all that estate agency brings. Chris achieved his Level 3 Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property in 2017 and won the Rising Star Award at the National Association of Estate Agents in the same year. In his free time Chris enjoys listening to music and putting together charity events with his group Charity Rocks Wales. -

Sian BeeSian is the queen of customer service and enjoys building relationships with new clients. Sian works in both sales and lettings and focuses mainly on our sales progression to ensure that each sale makes its way over the finish line.
