Blandford Forums longest established independent Estate Agent offers a personal service from a family run team.  David Horder is now the sole proprietor and in 2024 Vivien Horder Estate Agents celebrated 40 years in business.  

Vivien Horder Estate Agents was established in 1984 operating from Vivien’s home address with one member of staff being Vivien herself.  As the business became busier her son David joined the firm in October 1986 with the company going from strength to strength  now employing 10 staff from our freehold Grade II listed premises just off the market place in Blandford Forum, reputed to be one of the finest examples of a Georgian Market Town in the County.  Great emphasis has always been placed on giving a friendly, personal, no pressure services whilst offering the latest IT technology.In 2003 we joined TEAM the UK’s largest branded network of independent agents with more than 500 offices throughout the country.
