FEES

We are members of The Tenancy Deposit Scheme Custodial. All deposits are five weeks rent ie rent 1500 pcm x 52 weeks = 346.15

346.15 x 5 = £1730.67.

We offer three levels of service

Tenant Find Only. Our fee for this is three weeks rent plus VAT and a one off set up cost of £300 plus VAT. This will include the cost of professional referencing, Right To Rent Checks, Drafting a Tenancy Agreement, Tenancy Deposit Registration, a professional Inventory and check in.

Rent Collection 8% plus VAT and a one off set up cost of £300 plus VAT. This will include the cost of professional referencing, Right To Rent Checks, Drafting a Tenancy Agreement, Tenancy Deposit Registration, a professional Inventory and check in.

Fully Managed 12% plus VAT and a one off set up cost of £300 plus VAT. This will include the cost of professional referencing, Right To Rent Checks, Drafting a Tenancy Agreement, Tenancy Deposit Registration, a professional Inventory and check in.
