In the rare occasion someone is unavailable, call backs have taken place the same day. Ability to mediate/ take a balanced approach between Landlord & Tenant. I think Anker do a good job of understanding tenant needs, but knowing what is and isn't appropriate to contact Landlords with. They encourage tenants to find solutions (within reason) to problems themselves before calling in third parties, or incurring unnecessary cost.
