Of note, the initial consultation and appraisal of the property was carried out at my convenience with good advice offered and a realistic price being set. All the fees and charges to be incurred were explained to me and literature provided so that I knew what to expect. Fortunately, a buyer was found very quickly although, originally, I had signed on with a different company who arranged viewings and an Open House but there were no offers at all!!!!
