We decided to go with Camella due to their modern approach: being able to book viewings directly online, WhatsApp rather than email, contactable out of 9-5 hours. We knew this would make it easier for us to manage as we both balance full time work and parenting, but also recognised how it would make it easier for prospective buyers. And Camella didn't fail to deliver. Photos Tuesday, listed Thursday, open house Saturday, sold Tuesday. 9 weeks later and we're about to complete. Mind blown.
