Hollis Morgan are an established property agency with our headquarters in Clifton Village, Bristol.

Launched in 2010 by Olly Hollis and Andrew Morgan MBE and now supported by fellow directors Calum Melhuish, Daniel Harris and Patrick Addison, we are experienced property professionals with a wide knowledge of the Bristol & West Country market and over 200 years combined estate agency experience.

Meet your Team

Calum Melhuish | Director Residential Sales & New Homes

Calum began his career in estate agency in 2009, starting as a junior negotiator and learning his trade at one of Bristol's largest independent firms. This gave him a great grounding in the industry and a feel for the rhythm of market fluctuations and how they affect both buyers and sellers. He joined Hollis Morgan as a sales negotiator in 2012, further broadening his experience and knowledge by dipping his toe into all aspects of the business, including auctions and land sales.

Calum's attitude and commitment to the cause allowed him to quickly progress to head up the Residential Sales Team and he was fundamental in the launch of our New Homes department in 2012. We were delighted to invite Calum to become a Director in May 2021 and his focus is now on the success of our private treaty department whilst his interest in design and renovation projects means he cannot help but keep a keen eye on the new homes division.

We Say: As a born and bred Bristolian there is rarely a road or area in Bristol or North Somerset he is not familiar with!

He Says: Yes please - I'll have it on the market in 24 hours!

Education: Chew Valley School.

Home: Calum is a serial property addict - always renovating houses and on the move to the next one - we struggle to keep up with where he is living at any given time!

Dream Home: Barn Conversion on the outskirts.

Job Satisfaction: I thrive on the variety, from assisting first-time buyers and sellers, to the dynamic world of development, where I have the privilege of experiencing the entire process - from the initial site visit to the successful launch of a new development - it's a fascinating process.

Best Skill: Maximizing property value for clients, whether they are selling their home, investing in a new development, or optimizing their rental portfolio.

Karine Cadoret | Reception and Sales

Originally from France, Karine was brought up on the edge of Brittany, in her beloved city of Nantes. Further to completing a degree in Foreign Languages and Education, Karine moved to Bristol to teach French. She then worked in the airline industry until succumbing to her love for properties. She worked as Senior Letting Negotiator for a couple of Letting Agencies in Clifton until joining Hollis Morgan in September 2017.

We Say: Cool, calm and collected under any circumstances.

She Says: Seize the day!

Education: Angers and Nantes University in France.

Home: Clifton with daughter Lêah.

Dream Home: Old bastide in Provence with a pool or an Alpine chalet.

Danielle Luff | Sales Negotiator

Danielle joined Hollis Morgan in 2022 seeking a career change and has quickly become a popular and integral part of the residential sales team. Danielle is responsible for viewings and client feedback in both the sales team and the new homes department.

We Say: New to the game but a natural!

She Says: Agency is completely different to my initial preconceptions – I’m loving it!

Education: St Kathrines School, Sport and exercise science diploma at Filton College.

Home: Maisonette in Avonmouth next door to my best friend.

Dream Home: A nice house with a big garden so I can fit a Putting/chipping green area and of course an outside bar.

Ellie Fox | Sales Negotiator

Ellie Joined Hollis Morgan in 2024, bringing with her a strong customer service background. She has really hit the ground running, always willing to go the extra mile whilst being calm and patient. Ellie plays a major role in vendor care, identifying potential buyers for properties and handling essential administration.

We Say: Always smiling and willing to learn.

She Says: Agency is everything I hoped it would be. I'm learning new things every day and I’m loving it so far.

Education: Redmaids’ School for GCSE and A-Levels.

Home: I recently bought a 1 bed flat in Clifton with my partner, which we are planning to convert into a 2 bed.
