Mr A Keeling I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how pleased we have been with the service we have received from Hudson Moody in relation to my mother-in-law's bungalow at 5 Apple Garth in Upper Poppleton - firstly from Tim when we were looking to rent out the property and then from Grace and her colleagues with the sale of the bungalow, which has now been completed. Grace has been fantastic throughout the sales process. She has kept us fully informed at every step. She has made the process very easy for us and has been a pleasure to deal with. The contact that we have had with other members of the team when Grace has not been available has also been excellent. Everybody knew about the sale and dealt with us very efficiently. Tim was also so helpful when we were initially progressing the renting of the bungalow.

Just to say a big Thank You, I still can't really believe how quickly my house sold, I was thinking six months at the best but never dreamt it would be less than three weeks, and how smoothly everything went from start to finish. I've said again that this will be the last move, but if not I shall certainly be on the phone to Hudson-Moody.
