Established in 1992, Patrick Gardner are an independent estate agency with four branches located across the Mole Valley. As a company we offer unrivalled knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential property including Letting, and our New Homes and Land Department.

In the summer of 2013 the Ashtead office was the first of our offices to be completely re-furbished and be the showcase of our new look with up to date LED window displays and feature wall map.

On the sales side there is an incredibly experienced team which includes Susan Gandar FNAEA, resident in Ashtead and Partner of the Company. Susan has extensive knowledge and proven track record in the business with over 35 years experience of working in Estate Agency in Ashtead. Douglas Hooker (BA Hons) MNAEA has worked with Susan for 16 years and was offered a well deserved partnership in 2013 and has built up solid relationships with Vendors and purchasers alike. The main line station provides fast and frequent services to Waterloo (35mins) London Bridge and Victoria.

Ashtead still retains a village atmosphere and serves the local population well, providing everyday shopping facilities in The Street, Craddocks Parade and Barnett Wood Lane. Sports enthusiasts may wish to join one of the local Tennis, Cricket, Squash or Football clubs to name a few which are part of Village life as are the Churches of St. Giles , St. Georges and St.Michaels.
