Julie Bulheller, Partner

With over 19 years estate agency experience in Chesterfield, Dronfield and Sheffield, Julie has extensive, almost encyclopedic knowledge of the local market. A real people person, she is a superb negotiator with a unique talent for handling even the most complex sales.

Julie has forged longstanding relations with the local business community, particularly with conveyancers and financial advisors that allow her to ‘get things done’. She has a gift for recruiting and developing talent. Always SUPER organised and the constant stream of chocolates, flowers and wine she receives is testament to how grateful her clients are that she works for them.

• Interests

Shopping. Did we mention shopping? She’s partial to a glass of wine, usually accompanied with some Italian food, but not always! When she does take some time away from the office, Julie loves to travel, typically somewhere hot.

Mark Ross, Partner

Having been valuing properties in the local area since 2005, there’s not much Mark doesn't know about selling houses. With a degree in Public Relations under his belt, Mark has a real flair for marketing properties. His straight talking approach typifies REDBRIK’S ethos, whilst his professional, friendly attitude and thorough knowledge of the area generates great feedback from buyers and sellers alike. Mark is a ‘star’ of daytime TV, having appeared on BBC favourite Homes Under The Hammer.

• Interests

A keen sportsman, Mark plays pretty much any sport going. He’s always up for a challenge, especially if it involves raising money, having run the London Marathon and thrown himself out of a plane at 13,000ft all in the name of charity.
