The majority of sales in Marks Gate during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £380,853. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £374,768, with flats fetching £241,406.
Marks Gate, with an overall average price of £350,843, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Chadwell Heath (£338,943), but was more expensive than Rush Green (£329,206) and Eastbrook (£307,322).
Overall sold prices in Marks Gate over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 26% up on the 2015 level of £278,835.
