Last year most property sales in Norbury involved terraced properties which sold for on average £470,576. Flats sold for an average price of £324,790, while semi-detached properties fetched £600,441.
Norbury, with an overall average price of £444,344 was more expensive than nearby Thornton Heath (£349,102) and Selhurst (£316,954), but was cheaper than Upper Norwood (£467,575).
During the last year, sold prices in Norbury were 4% down on the previous year and 6% up on 2015 when the average house price was £418,193.
