Most of the sales in Sydenham over the past year were flats which on average sold for £381,827. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £580,430 and semi-detached properties averaged at £712,781.
Sydenham, with an overall average price of £474,120 was more expensive than nearby Lower Sydenham (£405,988), but was cheaper than Forest Hill (£514,443) and Honor Oak (£603,136).
In the past year house prices in Sydenham were 4% down on the year before and 14% up on 2015 when they averaged at £415,399.
