The majority of sales in Oxfordshire during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £672,594. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £429,719, with terraced properties fetching £391,090.

Oxfordshire, with an overall average price of £466,805, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Berkshire (£478,728), but was more expensive than Hampshire (£392,314) and cheaper than Buckinghamshire (£496,225). The most expensive area within Oxfordshire was Kingham (£1,825,000) and the cheapest was Banbury (£284,121).

Overall sold prices in Oxfordshire over the last year were 7% down on the previous year and similar to the 2021 level of £465,250.
