The majority of sales in Oxfordshire during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £700,727. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £447,265, with terraced properties fetching £398,638.

Oxfordshire, with an overall average price of £486,382, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Buckinghamshire (£505,436) and Berkshire (£495,529), but was more expensive than Hampshire (£392,426). The most expensive area within Oxfordshire was Jericho (£1,115,572) and the cheapest was Banbury (£284,302).

Overall sold prices in Oxfordshire over the last year were similar to the previous year and 5% up on the 2021 level of £465,284.
