Bentons have managed our rental property for nearly 20 years. over this time we have had a few issues with tenants and repairs. Darren and the lettings team always get things sorted very quickly. Either Darren or one of his team will keep us informed of what has happened and what is needed. They organize for costings and then we get the choice of who to use. You have a lettings agency so that they have the stress if there is a problem not you and I can honestly say that using Bentons to let our property makes it very much stress free. I will continue to use them until we retire when we may sell the property but they have this covered too with a very good sales team and record. we feel very comfortable with our relationship with Bentons.
