David and David are in my opinion , are the perfect estate agents. They have all the right skills to guide a sale through.They are genuinely good people , with years of experience, doing their best for both sellers and buyers . I have been in both sides of the process with them ( as well as others) -and they are outstanding.They get the job done better than others I have come across. No slime , all calm swans and genuinely helpful.Just as effective as anyone else. But with a wholesome ,low stress experience. Having recently sold a house through David & Co I can't recommend them enough. They very much break the mould of the stereotypical estate agent. They know the market really well, they are proactive and are a real asset to navigate the complications of moving house. Never brash or pushy they quietly worked away on our behalf. Even when our first sale fell though they didn't panic, they changed their strategy on how to advertise the property and got it sold again within a week of putting it back on the market. They don't promise the earth, they just deliver

When going to sell our house in Fiveways there was no question of who we would be putting it on the market with, having dealt with David Coleby when looking to buy in the area 8 years previously. They are friendly, fair and highly effective at what they do, hence having the best reputation in the area.From the start of the process to the finish, we didn't regret using David & Co one bit. David's wealth of contacts secured us an over-asking price offer, and his experienced approach meant that when our chain got tricky towards the end, he was able to get it back on track, guiding us through the process and constantly coming up with solutions.Most of all, David is straight up and trustworthy, so you have none of the game playing you can feel with other agents. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them, as I have done to several friends in the area.
