Monika, as you know, Justyna found me a flat and I wanted to provide feedback on my experience as it has been very positive and problem-free. When Justyna took me around the property she was very friendly, helpful and informative. In dealing with Justyna, I found very quickly that she is willing to go the extra mile in answering any questions and finding things out that I may ask or want to know - she has gone to the Landlord with my requests and is responsive and polite; she is not at all difficult to get hold of, and will come back to me without prompting or chasing. She knew I was a bit nervous about moving after ten years in the same flat, and in to a very different area, and she did everything she could to make it as smooth and as easy as possible, even letting me know when I had cleared the checks etc. I would not hesitate in the least in recommending Justyna for any future rentals.
