There were lots of agents to choose from in Bristol BS8 & BS9 and so I picked carefully! You don't sell property every day, but I soon realised that most charged more or less the same fee, and advertised in a similar way. So the service was going to clinch the deal - not least as I was keen that prospective buyers should receive a tip-top service. Robert came up with the goods - the Clifton office were also involved, but I never actually met them. So it was that old-fashioned, individual, personal - 'the customer's always right' - sort of service which was so much appreciated.

I used Robert Nagle for the sale of my Dad's house in Sneyd Park after his death. This was a very hard time for my sister and I but Robert was always very helpful and empathetic to our circumstances. He was also never trying to push us to lower the price even though the house was on the market for sometime. Both Robert and Hayley were extremely supportive throughout the process. They were willing to be open to how we wanted to market and sell our house. They were both also very helpful when things became trying towards the end of the process, with clear communication ensuring things were kept moving.

The service we revived from Louis was exceptional from start to finish. He is incredibly polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He valued our property, giving sound and honest justification for the value. He explained his value in detail highlighting our properties strong points and it's limitations. Opposed to just pulling a big and exciting sounding figure out of the air, as I am sure other estate agents did. He organised and managed a fantastic viewing day and we were incredibly luckily to receive several asking price and over offers on the day, one of which we accepted. Unfortunately the conveyancing process was somewhat protracted, but Louis managed the buyers and our own expectations with care, consideration, experience and professionalism. I cannot recommend Louis highly enough. Would I buy a property from him and L&N? Absolutely! Would I sell another property via him and L&N? Without hesitation! We bought our lovely house via Leese & Nagle and we had great experience overall. Louis was brilliant all the way through. When showing us a house, took time to explain and answered comprehensively all questions we had. He was very supportive and informative during the buying process. Georgina was amazing as well. She is all action, chasing, finding out information and lining up often useless solicitors. Always coming back with answers. We recently completed the purchase of a house marketed by Leese and Nagle. Despite a few complications with the sale, Jane was fantastic. She was very proactive at keeping us updated, maintaining dialogue with the vendor and chasing solicitors. All in all a pleasantly stress free experience.

Louis helped us significantly at the start, arranging viewings close to office closing times and negotiating a price reduction after we found several issues with the flat all while managing the sellers expectations. Louis is a complete professional and his effective communication ensured a relatively painless process. Towards the end of the purchase Georgina took over and again was excellent. There were a few problems with the sale of my property that meant the process took a lot longer than it should, but Georgina was constantly on the phone to the other agents helping to push it through.
