    Andrew started in estate agency in 1986 with a local family firm in the Lancaster area before setting up and running a very successful solicitors estate agency practice for 17 years with 5 offices in the local area. Andrew joined the company as a Director in 2006 heading up Fine & Country which quickly established itself as the market leader in the upper quartile of the market.

    Local to Ambleside Matt joined the company in 2002 and subsequently obtained a Masters degree in Commercial Property Management from John Moore's University. With strong local knowledge and a member of the NAEA, Matt manages our highly rated Ambleside office and was made a Director of the company in 2006.
