I cannot recommend Patrick Gardner in Leatherhead highly enough - particularly Andrew and Patricia. Having struggled previously to sell my flat, once they took over it was under offer in less than 2 weeks. Throughout the selling process their professional and courteous team were so supportive and patient - nothing was too much trouble. They took fantastic pictures which certainly aided the quick sale, were always on the end of the phone when needed and made a normally stressful few months so much easier. Our journey to Patrick Gardner started with Bruce Shaw. He provided a professional valuation based on an assessment of the market which reflected competency and integrity and helped us to put our trust into the whole process. We chose them with no prior knowledge of the firm, but were immediately drawn to his truthful and clear demonstration of the steps, and a clear local market knowledge. He followed this up with regular communication and availability on his mobile as our house sale progressed. From the marketing of our house, brochureware and online photography + descriptions, to the final sale process we felt were in safe hands with Patrick Gardner. The team were highly engaged, organised and responsive from the off and our sales coordinator Jullie Barratt, did her utmost to coordinate solicitors and communications across the board as the sale neared the exchange.
