We had a great experience of using the Susan Eve Agency. We first used them for a figure for probate, which they provided very quickly. When we sold they were as equally helpful, and their price competitive. The suggested selling price was fair (about median quoted) and they found a buyer quite quickly. Comms (phone and email) were excellent, and they supported the sale throughout, including coordinating with the solicitors.
