    Welcome to Tristram's
    Tristram's Lettings is a concept that James Tristram has been working on since he started working in lettings - creating a "One Point of Contact Agency" that is tailored to suit everyone's individual needs whether you are a landlord or a tenant. This means that unlike other letting agents the consultant that you meet at your property when it it is first taken onto the market for Let, or your first viewing if you are a tenant, will be the same person to see it through to completion.

    James Tristram - Director
    James started his career working in restaurants and bars around Nottingham. He especially enjoyed the social aspect of the job, meeting and greeting people, and offering them good quality service. He moved into the Property Lettings Business in 2010 and has worked for both a local independent and large corporate property company, gaining vast experience from both. He soon learned that by providing his clients, both landlords and tenants, with excellent customer service he could develop a strong relationship and build excellent opportunities for both. Having lived in Wollaton for 20 years James has an excellent knowledge of the local area.

    Fraser Barron - Director
    Fraser Barron's previous background is in Hair & Beauty Wholesale and Ecommerce, he has also been a landlord in Nottingham since his first investment back in 2008. As his property portfolio has grown, so has his understanding of the property market, and the requirements of a landlord, and what is needed from their Letting Agent. Fraser has a vast knowledge of the property market in all areas of Nottingham and is happy to advise our clients on investments and opportunities in the market.

Having lived in Stapleford for over 20 years it gives her a vast knowledge of our local area.
